How do credits work?
Credits (★) are used when the app creates new story content for you. Each new scene consumes some of your balance. You can see your current balance at any time in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open VersaTale → Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. This takes you to the App Store or Google Play, where your subscription is actually managed. Your remaining credits stay in your account after cancellation.
I want a refund.
Refunds go through the store where you purchased. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Play Store purchase history. We don’t process refunds directly.
How do I delete my account?
Open VersaTale → Profile → Delete Account. This removes your stories, credits, and personal data. An active subscription should be cancelled separately through the store.
